Lamont Summersett is the Chief Financial Officer of Lincoln Park Coast Cultural District and co-creator of the Green Collar Apprenticeship Program (GreenCAP). As a developer and financial management specialist with more than 15 years experience, he is also the Chief Executive Officer of The Tempy Group, LLC, a real estate development firm responsible for project management and design/build service.

His career began at Deloitte and Touche, LLP where he managed and coordinated audits of not-for-profit organizations, government agencies, and financial institutions. In the private sector, he coordinated fundraising campaigns, created and implemented policies and procedures, and managed the construction financing of a $26 Million edifice for First Baptist Church in Somerset, New Jersey. An auditor by training, Lamont earned a Bachelors of Business Administration (BBA) in accounting from North Carolina Central University.
